This is an opportunity for you to talk at length about your life experiences and to find insight into your health concerns. Sessions are available in half hour blocks of time.

The more time you book for yourself the deeper we can go.

After gathering details on your physical health we discuss a variety of topics. Different preferences to food, weather and environment are noted. We review diet and lifestyle factors plus emotional blocks, patterns, beliefs, inherited behaviours and dominant moods are discussed. Family medical history, childhood illnesses and any other issues of relevance give an overall picture of you in all your uniqueness.

All of this information is used in preparing the homeopathic prescription of different remedies

 to help shift your energy and move you towards balance.

When first starting homeopathy plan on several sessions initially,

each roughly three to six weeks apart, depending on your condition.

The remedies are changing and moving the energy in your body and may need to be altered in potency or frequency depending on how quickly you shift.

Maintenance and prevention are easier than cure and if something starts to bother you, whether on an energetic or physical level, it is better to address it immediately before it sets into a block and disrupts your life and health.
