food test- do you need it?

Recently (April 08) my skin flared again on my wrists. I was doing every thing 'right', taking remedies, drinking water, avoiding certain foods, getting to bed on time and yet my skin was getting worse. This is not only upsetting physically but also psychologically- why wasn't I healing?

It had been over seven years since I had done a food sensitivity test. I was eating according to the last test but was feeling a bit blah, digestion was off and well, my skin was flared. Something was wrong. So I decided it was time to do another test. What an eye opener! Many seemingly innocent foods were now causing aggravation according to my results. I cut out all the offending foods and lo and behold, my skin has made a rapid transformation, healing up quickly with the itching completely gone. Why, you might ask, am I now sensitive to more foods than I used to be? That is a good question and indeed one I am investigating. I have some suspicions and will share them with you once I know more.

For now I use York Test which tests 113 foods and then grades your varying sensitivities to certain foods. Guidelines are given as to which foods to use as substitutes and I will also go through different options with you over the phone.

To do a test, you order from me and I will then send out the kit in the post. You to take a small blood sample (doesn't hurt I promise), send the kit to the lab in the envelope provided and then about 10 days later the results are sent to me for us to discuss together. After we have spoken I will then send you the results so you can keep a record of them. Additionally you have two phone consultations with a nutritionist at York Test as part of the test price.

There is a bit of a discount if you order the test through me rather than direct from the company.
