 in this hands-on treatment. This is similar to Reiki in principle. It is most beneficial following emotional shock or trauma experienced recently or even in childhood.

Having a bath with salts after this treatment helps the new energy integrate and release the old.

Himalayan salts or Dead Sea salts are particularly high in minerals and will help the new adjustment.
