Hello again and thank you for reading the newsletter.

First, it is a pleasure to see the interest in homeopathy grow. A warm welcome to all the new readers.

New clinic!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As of today I have signed on with a new clinic. With this addition I think I have most of London covered east to west...
Living Centre Clinic is located in Raynes Park, about a five minute walk from the train station. There is free parking on the street. Raynes Park is a bit further west of Wimbledon and takes twenty minutes from Waterloo on the overland train.
The address is 32 Durham Road, Raynes Park, SW20 0TW. The phone number is 0208 946 2331. I will be there on Thursday afternoons starting in April from 1:30-5:30pm. If you have friends in the area in need of a homeopath, please send them along!
My details are not up on their website yet but will be once I start seeing patients.
Mother's little helper
Mother's day is in March in the UK. This one goes out to all the new moms out there. And I know there are plenty!
When your baby gets sick it can be terrible for everyone. One of the worst times is when the teeth are coming in. The cheeks are red, baby is drooling all over, screaming with pain and the diapers... take on a life of their own.
The remedy you want to have in your medicine cupboard is Chamomilla 30c. This remedy is excellent for soothing the nerves of both baby and mom. It helps with pain, especially during teething, but is also very good for colic.
You can either give a couple of doses a day the normal way, under the tongue, or you can put a few pills in a bottle of water or milk and let your baby get the remedy that way. Once the tooth has cut and the temper of the child is better, stop the remedy and use again with the next tooth.
The baby's emotions will be out of sorts when needing Chamomilla. She will want to be picked up, then squirm to go down, then picked up, then cry and squall. Basically your baby doesn't know what she wants- she just wants to feel better. Try Chamomilla.
Hepar sulph
There is a doosy of a flu going around London. I was sick last week for the first time in three years. I had forgotten how dreadful it is. Several of my patients have called me with the same symptoms and the remedy Hepar sulph is helping them a lot.
First off, you feel absolutely frozen. Nothing seems to warm you up. Secondly you become hypersensitive to everything- drafts, noise, light, tastes... it's as if the world is out to irritate you. Thirdly and most importantly, you feel infected. Your breath smells, you smell, and the phlegm you produce is kind of thick and yellow/green. Yuck.
Hepar sulph is sort of a homeopathic antibiotic. It helps slow or stop the infection from gaining ground. You might still have a day or two of feeling pretty rotten, but this remedy will shorten the duration and intensity of the illness.
Hepar sulph 30c, up to six doses a day. One of the absolute first signs of needing this remedy is a slight prickling feeling in your throat along with feeling quite chilly. Start taking it immediately. If the flu goes deeper, get in touch.
To your health!
